One of the best investments I have made into my company! I have been using it for about 6 weeks and I have already seen a 40% raise in ticket price! I have also gotten more bids out through facebook posts then I have gotten in the 5 years since i started the business. The follow up sequence alone in worth the investment. Could not recommend any higher. And Cydney Sharpe was/is the best! Made the set up process as pain free as possible

RB has been an absolute game changer for my company. To start with, the automated follow-up sequence has been a complete winner for our clients. We've had so many people compliment us on our follow-up/reminder sequences. Next, our average ticket prices have went up drastically with the option to allow for bundles, and being able to customize said bundles. Lastly, the professionalism and customer service of all of the people we have worked with at RB to help us set up and maintain the software to our liking has been second to none. I have been using another software for almost 4 years as my standard CRM, and it doesn't compare to the level of customer service RB has shown me throughout the setup process and even when I just have a random question. I cannot recommend RB enough!

My company Zen Cleaning Services yyc started with Responsibid January 2023, since then, we have noticed an increase in new clients. Our clients are still able to contact us by phone to receive quotes, but those who prefer online quoting are now able to easily access our pricing and booking through our website . The customer service we receive with responsibid has been great! Overall, I feel that Responsibid is an excellent addition to my company and has definitely increased our sales.

My team and I are really enjoying Responibid’s system. This system makes it extremely easy for my team to give customers a quick bid without over thinking it and our customers are a lot happier because their presented with a few different options to choose from in regards to pricing options. My team is also happier because their not overwhelmed with having to up sell the customer on what package to choose from, it’s all there for the customer to pick on their own. More often than none the customer picks the most expensive option or the option below it. We’re no longer leaving money on the table or doing more than whats expected. Everyone knows exactly what they’re getting and my team knows exactly what to charge the customer because the system is the ultimate sells man. Overall we’re happy with the results we’ve been getting with the system.Ps. The Team at ResponsiBid are very very helpful, they were there every step of the way. They made sure to answer every question I had and walked me through every step of the process.

This was my first Responsicon and I was so impressed! The location was absolutely beautiful, even if the air didn’t agree with my east coast sinuses lol! I was expecting a standard “business” conference, where you can go to learn about new ideas to use in your company. And I still learned those things there was so much more that made this experience amazing. Everyone here is so eager to help share information to help build your business and all of the presenters and vendors were so cheerful and fun to talk with. I will say my favorite speaker was Bobby Walker! His presentation sparked a personal breakthrough in me that will impact my business and that is absolutely priceless. This software offers many bells & whistles that requires completion of a training course. I've had various experience working with many other software programs all requiring some form of training. ResponsiBid has an impressive support team (5-star rating) that is available to assist when needed (whether via remotely, chat, email, or vidyard recording). I'm still learning how to get the full benefit from using the software in conjunction with another software that I've connected to use with ResponsiBid and some functions haven't been cohesive, hence, the 4-star rating. Other than that, ResponsiBid provides 5-star service and I'm glad their software is available.

The system isn't perfect for me yet but it is a great step in the right direction. I love how the system fills my day scheduling jobs in order and cuts out gaps in my day and it schedules my route so that I am not stressed or late to jobs. Giving my clients 3 levels of pricing for them to choose from is wonderful. This is the best system I have found even though there are things that it is lacking. I need it to allow for billing address as well as work site address for my property management companies. It would also be nice to have a place for promotion codes for client to use to save money for frequent repeat business. Over all I am satisfied and this is the best system I have found so far. I am looking for improvements I hope to see them soon.
