Please read the following carefully before submitting a cancellation request for your ResponsiBid account.
Steps to Cancel Your Account
Submit a Formal Cancellation Request
To begin the cancellation process, you must submit a formal cancellation request through one of two accepted methods:
📋 Via chat: Log into your ResponsiBid account and use the in-app chat to send your request.
📧 Via email: Send your request to support@symphosize.com.
You Will be Sent a Cancellation Form to Complete and Submit
Once your request has been received, we will send you a Cancellation Request Form via email. This form must be fully completed and returned before your cancellation can be processed. Your account remains active until this step is complete.
Await Cancellation Confirmation
After your completed Cancellation Request Form has been received and reviewed, your account cancellation will be finalized. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Important — Subscription & Refund Policy
ResponsiBid is a subscription-based service. Any unused time remaining on your current billing period is forfeited and non-refundable upon cancellation. Please plan your cancellation timing accordingly.
