We have a seasonal pause option for customers on a monthly plan. Customers can pay a reduced rate of $50 per month for a maximum of 4 months per calendar year while shut down. At the end of the 4 months, your billing will return to the rate you were paying previously.

 

While your account is paused, you can leave ResponsiBid on your website if installed, but you will lose all functionality for editing bids. Any automation you have engaged will continue to nurture your clients until you are ready to get back to work.
